About intimate surgery procedures
It is completely natural to have a fat deposit above the pubic bone; however, some women experience that the accumulation of fat is disproportionately large.
Liposuction is an effective method for “sculpting” the mons pubis. Liposuction of the mons pubis is both a common and relatively simple procedure. At Victoriakliniken, it is performed under local anesthesia or general anesthesia and rarely takes more than 30 minutes.
Before the surgery
During the consultation with a specialized plastic surgeon, the patient discusses any issues they may be experiencing and the results they wish to achieve.
Based on the patient’s natural conditions, we discuss and explain the available approaches to achieve the best result.
The plastic surgeon further evaluates the situation based on factors such as the amount of fat or excess skin present and the patient’s skin quality. We explain the techniques we use to optimize the final result, as well as how the procedure is carried out, how to prepare for it, and what to expect afterward.
During the surgery
At Victoriakliniken, the procedure is performed under anesthesia or local anesthesia, and you typically leave the clinic the same day. Most patients recover in just a few days after the surgery and can return to work.
During the first three weeks, you should wear tight cycling shorts both day and night. After that, they should be worn at night for an additional three weeks.
After the surgery
Follow-up visits usually take place within a week with your plastic surgeon at the clinic. After about three weeks, we recommend undergoing 8-10 LPG Endermologie treatments.
These treatments stimulate and open up the lymphatic channels, creating better healing conditions as waste products from the surgery can be transported away more efficiently. This is also generally a good treatment for the lymphatic system, especially for those prone to lymphedema.
Results and Expectations
Possible complications of intimate surgery
Just like with all types of surgeries, there is always a certain risk of complications. Examples of complications associated with intimate surgery include infection, bleeding, and seroma. However, the most common issue is unevenness. Depending on skin quality, this can sometimes be difficult to assess.

“I had an intimate surgery (labia reduction) with Marie and her team. I received a great reception during the consultation, good information beforehand, and answers to any questions I had. I felt very comfortable before the surgery and was at ease with all the staff, as well as with Marie and her team once I was there. An incredibly attentive and professional group; I am very satisfied with the experience and the results. You are in safe hands at Victoriakliniken! “

Price
We have chosen not to have a fixed price list, as each patient is unique with individual needs. In most cases, it’s only during the consultation that we can determine, together with you, which procedure(s) will be best to achieve a beautiful final result. With us, in addition to the surgery cost, anesthesia, medications, follow-up visits, compression garments, and bras are included, as well as, in most cases, at least one overnight stay after the surgery.
In general, all prices are shown inclusive of VAT, as all procedures and treatments except those performed for medical reasons have been subject to VAT since the beginning of 2014. In cases where the price is shown exclusive of VAT, this is because these procedures are always performed on medical grounds. (Price below includes VAT)
